In a separate bowl whisk together the almond flour, baking soda, salt and protein powder.1 2/3 cup almond flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 cup protein powder
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
Stir in the chocolate chips.1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scoop out enough cookie dough to make about about a 1 inch ball. Add to the baking sheet and lightly press down. Make sure to space the cookies at least 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10 minutes. The cookies bases should be lightly golden when they're done.
Let cool on a wire rack.
