Simple Chicken Salad Recipe

Made with simple ingredients, this quick and simple Chicken Salad recipe is perfect for sandwiches, lettuce wraps and more.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 tbsp minced onion (can use green onion, red onion, sweet onion)
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1/8 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Chop or shred the cooked chicken. Mince the onion, chop the celery.
  • In a bowl combine all of the above ingredients. Mix well.
    2 cups chopped cooked chicken, 1 tbsp minced onion, 1 celery stalk, chopped, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tsp prepared mustard, 1/8 tsp seasoning salt, 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • Serve and enjoy.
