Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped rhubarb
- 3 cups chopped strawberries
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Cut the strawberries and rhubarb into small pieces.
- In a large saucepan combine the chopped strawberries, rhubarb, sugar, and water.3 cups chopped rhubarb, 3 cups chopped strawberries, 3/4 cup granulated sugar, 2 tbsp water
- Simmer over low-medium heat for about 15 minutes, or until all of the sugar has dissolved and the fruit has broken down. You can use a masher or fork to break down the fruit.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
