Peaches in every bite.
Take a classic waffle up a notch by adding diced fresh peaches to the batter! These peach waffles are like a peach pie meets breakfast…so so good. With flavours of fresh peach, vanilla and cinnamon, you’re going to want to add these waffles to your breakfast rotation.

Peach Waffles Recipe Tips
- Peaches: Use fresh, ripe peaches chopped into small pieces. You can also use canned peaches but make sure to drain as much of the juices as you can first.
- Greek Yogurt: I use full fat plain Greek Yogurt. You can also use 1% or 2%. Don’t have Greek yogurt? You can also use full fat sour cream.
- Butter: This recipe calls for melted butter. I’ve also used melted coconut oil with delicious results.
- Waffle Maker: Our waffle maker is a standard size that makes medium sized waffles, so I use about a 1/4 cup batter for each waffle.
- Let the batter rest: Give the batter at least 5 minutes to rest before you make the waffles.
- Avoid lifting the lid! If you can, only lift the lid when you’re ready to remove the waffles.
- Leftovers: Keep any leftover waffles in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Reheating: We just pop leftover waffles into the toaster to reheat them.
